For correct work must specify flag --no-autorestart , like this
pm2 --name=scheduler --no-autorestart start ./ace -- run:scheduler
Because, if you not set this flag, pm2 will be restart this process infinite. Which in turn fucked up.

Run with pm2 via pm2 start ./ace -- run:scheduler CPU overload to 100%

This behavior is due to the fact that PM2 is constantly trying to restart the scheduler.
