afl-fuzz and honggfuzz would do the job; libfuzzer, which has dictionary support as well (see
https://github.com/google/fuzzer-test-suite/blob/master/tutorial/libFuzzerTutorial.md ) would be more efficient because it doesn't fork(), beating e.g. afl deferred mode.

This is something we've been doing already. Look at the "blackbox" target (make PLATFORM=blackbox
). It takes events from STDIN so you can have your fuzzer feed random events straight to the machine. We've fuzzed the whole OS this way.
That being said, yes, we could even target poincare more specifically, but I don't know if it would be more efficient.
