Cache option about strapi

I think it should be possible using Nuxt HTTP onRequest hook.

By reading KY, if you return a response it will send not make the HTTP request: https://github.com/sindresorhus/ky/blob/master/readme.md#hooksbeforerequest

You can extend the HTTP instance with $strapi.$http, see https://strapi.nuxtjs.org/strapi#http

Then, you can use whatever you like for caching (localStorage, etc).

@DragonWhisperer Closing this as the module has been completely rewritten in Nuxt 3, if you didn't find a workaround feel free to reopen this issue.
