The Editable component admits a property to choose which buttons to show:

<Editable
	// your other props
	formattingControls={ [ 'bold' ] }
	/>

In this case, it would show only the bold button. To disable all, use:

<Editable
	// your other props
	formattingControls={ [] }
	/>

@nylen also is there a way to disable + b — that makes text bold. I want to access only the HTML part. Just like it is in the code block.
