Missing Dependencies about apis

Interesting error. That specific package should be provided by one of the opensaml dependencies. You should not need any specific configuration whatsoever for fetching those.
Can you have a thorough look through the maven log file (perhaps share it with us using Github Gist?) for hints that these dependencies cannot be fetched?
