Yes you can. i've found it. i deleted Griphin.
go in \Interface\AddOns\ladyui\skin
Open Frame file :
Go to line :
-- MAIN MENU BAR
MainMenuBarTexture0,
MainMenuBarTexture1,
MainMenuBarTexture2,
MainMenuBarTexture3,
ect...
These are how the griphon look. if you delete these 4 lines. the griphins will be normal. not black anymore.
For actionbar i don't know.
Maybe it's :
BonusActionBarTexture0,
BonusActionBarTexture1
OR :
SlidingActionBarTexture0,
SlidingActionBarTexture1,
from ladyui.

If you wanna delete griphin :
Instead of these lines :
MainMenuBarLeftEndCap,
MainMenuBarRightEndCap,
Add this :
MainMenuBarLeftEndCap:SetAlpha(0),
MainMenuBarRightEndCap:SetAlpha(0),
from ladyui.
