Migration to version 12.0 about e-commerce

I'll do website_sale_hide_price, which works out of the box; I'll launch the discussion for the muli-website improvement in Odoo 12 and see if the module need some functional changes or not in that regard.

I'll also do website_sale_vat_required, which will probably be trivial as well.

It won't be available until someone migrates it and proposes here. If you need it, you can migrate it yourself and consider contribute it here, pay someone to migrate it, or wait until someone does it for free.

The module was not in previous version when the branch was created and this issue is auto-populated, but you can migrate it if you want.
