Heapcreate,Heapalloc & RtlMoveMemory API are used to inject the shellcode in memory.
CreateThread & WaitForSingleObject are used to execute the shellcode.
For loops and the others buffers are actually the c decoder stub (you've used Triple multibyte xor as encoder)
