README doesn't explain where/how to run setup code about eslint-code-insights

Hey, sorry i was busy and couldn't come back to you until now.

You can use the function call that is mentioned in the README.md pretty much in every place you want. A possible use case would be, to use it as script within your pacakge.json file.

eslint-code-insights.js:
