Apologies for the oversight. I reopened your issue, so that we can assist you further.

Creating your meeting provider add-in using Create an Outlook add-in for an online-meeting provider only surfaces your provider in the meeting organizer and attendee user interfaces (see Create meeting UI and Join meeting UI), but doesn't automatically add it to the provider list of the "Add online meeting to all meetings" option. That falls under a separate feature (see Make every meeting online for more information). I'm checking with the team on the process for requesting to be added to the provider list. I'll share more information once I hear back.
