This is probably a regression introduced in #16. Would you mind rolling back and confirming it?

Yep, go ahead. I believe the bug is not related to #16 but with #21

If you rewind back to the first commit of this repository you will get the following behavior:

rollback

The behaviour of current master if wrong:

master

The unmatching behaviour was added on #16. We also must remove pkg- and theme- when persisting stuff to bundle or checking if stuff exist in it to fix this bug.
