because when there is a new workout, i clean the cache. then start calculatin grade - and clean cache again. so i read from DB twice!

fix: when user adds workout, do not clean the cache. instead, add the new data to the DB, plus add it to the cache. this way, we do not read from DB over and over again. once in a while (once a day?), i will clear the cache and only then the data will be synced.
