I had a look at this. I think it might be a problem specific to hbaws42, updating the web browser may solve this, however we need to ask WIN IT to do this. Because it's a computer specific problem there's not much I can do from the osl side. As we're not making any changes to osl, i'm going to close this issue.
A work around is to download the report directory to your local computer using scp or rsync then open it in a web browser on your computer.

This is happening on other computers now so I'll take another look
