Not sure what's going on. Every repository now shows up as dirty for me. Is anybody else seeing this?

This problem was introduced while fixing issue 25.
I've fixed this in commit:

But I don't understand the lock problem??

So you've merged my commit, are both problems solved now?
I haven't never seen the index.lock issue.

My problem was resolved... something happened on my end (my fault)... forget now, Closing
