Sorry I did not understand the behavior. Could you give me some baby steps to repro this?

If you have the start page in a browser instance that is not full screen, and you mouse down to scroll the start screen, you expect it to scroll, and it does. However, if you drag past the browser window, and release the mouse, when you move the mouse back over the screen, the screen scrolls with any mouse movement, and you have to mouse down to stop it.

As a side note, I didn't know that you were on this project, I thought you were only on the DropTiles effort.

I understand about what you say. To remove this effect need to keep track of whether the additional mouse over the window. But this is a problem of javascript. Metro UI CSS solves some other problems :) - this is only the styles. But I'll try to add the solution to the demo. Thank you.
