What are all the issues we might face if we use it in IE8 (which in not a compatible browser for Metro UI CSS).

FYI, 90% of our corporate internal users only use IE8.

Can you not roll out Google Chrome Frame to get round the IE8 issue for
your corporate users, we have the same problem and we have rolled out the
Google Chrome Frame successfully ;)
