The coffee-script module is throwing that error. Check your code for syntax errors. Try compiling it with the command line coffeescript compiler; if it works, please post some code that will reproduce the problem so I can figure out what's causing it.

Like I said, try using the command line coffeescript compiler. If there is a syntax error in your code, it will tell you exactly where it is. If not, try running coffeedoc on your source files individually until you find the problem
