Hi,
Dimension error might mean that the number of SNPs in a region is different across different data files. Can you please send a reproducible example?

Thank you for your answer.In addition, I would like to calculate the posterior probability of the statistical summary data of schizophrenia I got, but the LDSCORE file you provided for reference requires nearly 30G, which is too large. Do you have any good solutions?

Unfortunately genetic data requires large storage space. The error above indicates that not all 22 chromosomes are found in the intersection of SNPs that are in both the sumstats files and in the annotation files.
