UnitConversion is an iOS application used to convert length from one unit to another. I build this application to solve the challenge as a part of 100DaysOfSwiftUI.

Introduction:

👋 Hi, I’m Omkar Raut (@omkarsantoshraut). A software engineer graduated in 2022 as bachelor of technology specializing in computer engineering. Learned new tools and technologies in the areas such as 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, and 𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. Acquired an industrial knowledge of working on data science, machine learning, software development by accomplishing internships in these fields.

Developed real-life projects of data science such as localization and optimization of charging stations, data visualization on maps and generating routes, data analytics web platform by taking the large IoT dataset generated by sensors. Also, developed supervised, unsupervised machine learning models for prediction as well as classification of the efficiency of vehicles. Developed the software by combining data science and software development that will speak with us the same as Alexa and help us to improve our friend network.

✅ Earned Infosys Certification to become ‘Infosys Certified Software Programmer’💻 in 2021 by clearing InfyTQ certification exam.
✅ Acquired 94th rank in ACM-ICPC competition by defeating 750+ teams and got selected for the regional round. (ACM-ICPC Amritapuri & ACM-ICPC Kanpur Regionalist)
✅ Achieved winner position in internal Smart India Hackathon (SIH) over 150+ teams by developing student grievance support system within 72hrs.
