Networking with cilium 1.15.0 does not work about cluster-template

I finally figured out the cause of my problem. Between version 1.14.6 and 1.15.0, Cilium probably changed the algorithm for choosing which network interface to use. I have two network interfaces on my computer and cilium 1.15.0 chose the wrong one. The information from https://docs.cilium.io/en/stable/operations/troubleshooting/ helped a lot, especially the command:

kubectl -n kube-system exec cilium-XXXXX -- cilium-dbg status

which showed that cilium was using a bad network interface.

That's really weird because I've tested on some of my hardware and even running 1.15.0 in my main and storage clusters just fine.
