Write driver for usb camera about openag-device-software

Could this be as simple (or prototyped) as having the driver execute an external process to run /usr/bin/fswebcam -r 640x480 -D 4 top.jpg ?
Then rob just has to figure out how to publish the image.

For the prototype, I'd rather have the camera be a peripheral with capture controller by python via opencv or equivalent. I think this will lend well to when we want to do fancier things with it (e.g. have multiple cameras controlled by the usbmux or set lighting conditions before capturing an image)

OK. You are right about us needing to specify the lighting condition before taking the picture. Our local CV expert agrees. There is no huge rush on cameras - I didn't put it in the MVP feature list because I knew it would be tricky and wasn't initially required. Just a nice to have.
