Alienvault OTX connector about connectors

I've actually been working on this already, but only pulling in reports, intrusion sets, countries, adversaries, and sectors (at the moment that's all my use case requires). I've been having an issue with duplication of some entities during the import though (OpenCTI-Platform/client-python#21), and I've not even attempted relationships, but other than that it's working well.

I'm not in a position to share the code at the moment, but hopefully in a day or so I'll be able to put something up.

FYI, OTX is all over the place with adversaries and sectors. There's no consistency whatsoever.
