The rendering of highlighted stroke on the map is inconsistent about openlayers

You have to give the highlight style a (higher) zIndex to be above the other styles. The visual effect you're seeing is because the highlighted feature is on the same zIndex as the other features, so other features rendered after the highlighted one may partially cover the highlighted feature's stroke.
