Can you share the terraform file with the block calling the required_provider ?

This should looks like this:

terraform {
  required_providers {
    opennebula = {
      source = "OpenNebula/opennebula"
      version = "0.2.2"
    }
  }
}

same issue with Mac OSX users.

registry.terraform.io/opennebula/opennebula 0.2.2 is not available for
darwin_amd64

After exchanges with Hashicorp a new 0.2.2 has been built and is now available on the Terraform registry.

I consider this issue as solved
