Use Travis for checks and deployment about openraweb

That is true. I am also not sure whether we want http://about.travis-ci.org/docs/user/deployment/custom/ as setting it up is not very easy. We could keep our build.open-ra.org and let it generate the website. Just need @chrisforbes to install rubygems on it for me as I don't have root there.

You can compile your own version of ruby and the gems as a local user using something like https://github.com/sstephenson/rbenv and friends - it's often preferable sometimes.

Since #37 Travis can now deploy if it had the SSH access. http://about.travis-ci.org/docs/user/travis-pro/#How-can-I-encrypt-files-that-include-sensitive-data%3F is left on the TODO.
