Question about flywheel momentum and attitude about opensatkit

It's been a whlle since I've looked at this. My initial intent was to demonstrate porting a 42 FSW algorithm to a FSW app and show it works in a closed loop simulation. ThreeAxisFSW() from 42fsw,c is what I used. A lot of the typical ground interfaces to manage the controller are not present.

I think the target wheel momentum is what the momentum uloading contorller uses to compute errors so it won't impact the spacecraft attitude as long as the target mmentum is within the capacity of the wheels. You can adjust the PD gain paarmeters using the F42 control table and observe the impacts in the cam window.

I hope to update 42 soon and I can see what opertional features I can add.
