The udp_Interface.rb is in the COSMOS GEM code. To locate the COSMOS GEM code select Help->About from the COSMOS Launcher window (actually any COSMOS tool window) and you'll get the dialogue shown below. udp_interface.rb is located in .../gems/cosmos-4.x.x/lib/cosmos/interfaces.
