I have a working diff for bouncing bad rcpts, but not for other errors (body...).
We should discuss if it's not too intrusive/hackish and whether we want to be able
to bounce on all errors (line too long and such) before commiting.

After discussion with @ericfaurot this will be delayed, it is invasive and not that important for our first milestone
