LDAP support ? about opensmtpd

I have committed a branch map_ldap with part of an old prototype that had working ldap support.

The branch does not build and lacks the lka.c, parse.y and smtpd.h bits which no longer apply and need to be manually merged. I'll do it later, it's not urgent, I just wanted to make sure I wouldn't lose this proto and have to start it all over from scratch ;-)

Naabed on #opensmtpd @ freenode seems to have adapted to -current and to have a working version, we should be able to merge easily as it's self contained in a map backend

diff has been committed to the OpenBSD tree today and merged in master. it's not ready yet but it is moving forward :-)

LDAP support has been merged in master, functional for almost all kinds of lookups except SOURCE address and FROM netmask/address, will be worked on but they are not that critical for LDAP backend
