Issues related to Spain, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Norfolk Island have been fixed. There remains issues with:

• 800, American Samoa, to be mapped onto 5, TT, US
• 826, Guam, to be mapped onto 5, TT, US
• 841, Northern Mariana Islands, to be mapped onto 5, TT, US
  Indeed, those account as a state within the USA, not as a country. There is therefore no easy way to tell Geonames how to map into that (as setting TT as an alternate name would map those POR onto Trinidad and Tobago, which is the country corresponding to the TT code).
