List user scripts on the homepage about openuserjs.org

I've assigned this issue to myself since I already listed a user's scripts on their profile for #2 and this is basically just an extension of that. I'll probably create an abstract library and partial template for this so that we can put a sortable list of scripts with paging anywhere we need one (like in search and groups). It'll give us a more usable site and shouldn't take too long. Then I'll move on to #3.

I have all the code for this completed, except for the most surprisingly difficult portion: routes (sort by, ascending or descending, and page number). If I want to keep code reasonably clean I'll have to go full regex (the normal express route parameters aren't very helpful in this situation).
