Yeah, at least you didn't have to delete those like @dlglin and I. In the Moodle UI you have to do it one post at a time. Eventually I figured out how to script it though.

The PR was merged this morning. Not being 100% sure it was an acceptable fix, I was waiting to circle back to the forums about it.

Ah! Sorry for the duplicate. He didn't mention on the forum that he'd already submittted a PR. Maybe (like me) he hit the limit for posts in a day ;-)

Maybe we could lobby @dlglin to increase the limit on posts to the forum a bit. I think that 10 should be safe, and still avoid the mass posts we were getting from the bots that sign in via Google.

I upped it to 10 on that forum. For some reason I set some of them to 5 and others to 10. BTW @drgrice1 you also have the ability to change those settings.
