ltq-vmmc dependency fix broke buildbot builds for non-Lantiq platforms about telephony

ok, i hoped the fix was enough and tonights CC test build was
the test

i think we need to add a real dependency on TARGET_lantiq

It might be that the + sign there is wrong, but then the package
needs some other dependency fix.

This has most likely been fixed by 686cf4c , so I am closing the issue.
