Upgrading to critical. All feeds are affected. Suspicious of multiple sqlite3 calls and instances. Also suspicious of dispatcher function and the parade of check() functions.

Seems related insufficient resources within the toolforge instance. Both bots run sufficiently well on private server. Code still, no doubt, needs optimizations like reducing number of times dbase is queried per transaction.
