Re-organize scripts and decide upon install method about orisi

Thanks for creating this issue. The problem is that we really need a virtual machine: #43 . Let's discuss over there, shall we? :)

Ok, so perhaps we could do it this way:

• keep the current install.sh, and the install procedures intact. Perhaps rename them into install_oracle.sh . We will have external people installing a node this weekend, and we don't want to have the install process messed up.
• perhaps create install_client.sh, and separate instructions for the client - as you mentioned, without apt-get, and so on... (if you're feeling adventurous, perhaps you could tackle #24 - that would eliminate a need for BitMessage client install)

As for separate repos - let's keep it all in one place for now, as there are shared folders. But we'll revisit this in the future, ok?
