go get fails because of hashicorp dependency about go-acc

I'm having the same issue. It looks like viper imports this. Viper in turn imports hcl.

It looks like the viper version imported here imports an archived fork with this diff/ What's weird here is we should be using the version 1.0.0 since it's pinned https://github.com/ory/viper/blob/master/go.mod#L9

The new version of viper (which is on master at github.com/xplorfin/go-acc and can be seen in #26) doesn't fix the issue

Okay, found a workaround. I think my github actions bumped go or something and you upgraded your version or something. You have to turn on GO111MODULE. Here's the config:

  - name: Install go-acc
    shell: bash
    run: go get -u github.com/ory/go-acc
    env:
      GO111MODULE: "on"

In any case, I'd recommend upgrading the viper dependency

@aeneasr you know if this behavior's changed in a recent go version? (btw, we use go modules everywhere else. CI is a bit of an exception since the go get -u happens before go env config)

I seem to remember some discussion of switching GO111MODULE=on, but that wouldn't have broken this

In any case, this can probably be closed
