Are you sure? Because this affected the participants using the product as it was last release. Be mindful of closing those without knowing for sure. Just because you can't reproduce does not mean it does not exist. If it was fixed after the last release you submitted then that's good.

We have done thorough investigation and have done multiple tests of this case. Unless a Super Admin changes the role of another superadmin to a teacher, the system does not allow this to happen even if you add an user with the same name as the superadmin.
Please provide video link with this case, if you are positive that this is a bug. We will be happy to fix this.
