Returns 404 for links that contained chinese words about rawler

I fund the problem:
Because the link has been encoded, but source code encode the link again,so it generated a invalid link.

The source code line is in file:request.rb

      def perform_request(method, url)     
        uri = URI.parse(URI.encode(url))  # I think it must judge the url if has been encoded.
