Query 2: No, you can't pass a specific width and height because this is a very complicated feature (each web service has its own embed code). But you can resize the videos (or frames or wharever) using css:

video {
     width: 200px;
     height: 150px;
}

You have also the property aspectRatio, to be more responsive (http://heliom.ca/blog/posts/responsive-videos)
