To get advanced data from Twitter, you need a token. You can see the code of the Twitter API adapter: https://github.com/oscarotero/Embed/blob/master/src/Adapters/Twitter/Api.php

Yes, I tried with a Bearer Token and it not works.
But as I can see from Twitter docs the endpoint for timeline in v2 is not https://api.twitter.com/2/tweets and it must to be https://api.twitter.com/2/users/:id/tweets
