Progress bar or indicating of success on osf upload? about osfclient

I'd suggest we add a --verbose flag that provides feedback for long running commands. My preference would be quiet by default, feedback on request.

I like command line tools that are quiet unless something went wrong but I also use rsync to transfer files instead of scp because I know how to enable the progress bar on the former.

or, maybe if it's a big enough file or collection of files, it switches on some kind of indication? Doesn't really matter, I guess. Just want some indication that's it not hung (b/c network).

After #56 is merged there are a few things to do (so we should keep this issue open):

• add progress bars for uploading
• make it so that if you use osfclient as a python library it does not print out stuff

We should try and keep the progress bar (and other "output") generating code out of the library as much as possible. It should reside in the CLI part of the code so that other users of the library don't have text printed all over them.
