In the method twiceRoadPresent is detecting if this of middle of the same road. Additionally check if lanes will use in the next segment, for this we check attached roads. But before real right turn we have two ways 319675243 ΠΈ 295364255 and check is not working correct.
If remove this check (attached roads) then test 32 is broken ( way 265002601 (222244 in the test)).
