Sorry for some confusing words. In fact, in order to be avoid of unknown problems, I actually installed the package on my USB drive, after everything is ok, I moved the EFI directory from USB drive to my hard drive, and I didn't meet the "trying to install content to the system volume" problem.
Now I have tested installing to my hard drive directly, same problem appeared.

I see, can you file a new issue
If you ran into any issues, you should file a new issue in addition to replying to this issue with your test report. Do it even if there is an existing issue open because we now have a new issue template that requests more information and should make things easier to track. Older issues will be closed as duplicates when newer issues with more information are opened. Eventually, issues only in v1.x will not be resolved.

This fixed it for me:
1.) Repaired Windows Bootloader with only Windows SSD plugged in.
2.) Installed HacMini.pkg with only MacOS SSD plugged in.
3.) Reset NVRAM
4.) Added Settings to show OC picker upon boot (can't access otherwise using wireless keyboard)
5.) Changed boot order in BIOS to boot from MacOS / OC drive by default
from hac-mini.
it seems that the "OpenCore Configurator" will change some properties in DeviceProperties. All "name" data type were changed to "Data" and string won't be put into. This caused my SDCard Reader not working. If anyone is facing the same problem maybe it can be worked around.
simply change the value type to "String" and put the correct string can fix it.

I used my macbook (10.15 beta 7) to created installer usb, but install pkg does not work which always shows install fail. I directly copied EFI folder and it works.
I used about one week after clean install, everything looks good.

I copied AirportBrcmFixup.kext, BrcmBluetoothInjector.kext and some boot options from your EFI attached, thank you so much. 5G WIFI is good (I have no 2.4G wifi), but bluetooth shows nothing, it can not find any devices, do you know whats wrong?
Question 2:

Directly install windows to second SSD and select system from BIOS use F10, or use bootcamp method and select system from OpenCore boot?

Depends on the flavour of your DW1820A there are several threads by Hérve on OsxLatitude.

I had to set ShowPicker to true under boot to actually boot otherwise I would get a black screen. The ALT key method did not work for me at all.
I could not use the HacMini package as it was giving me errors, so I just copied the EFI folder from the release page after creating the bootable Catalina installer from an original Mac App Store download.
I have noticed that on some YouTube video with Firefox the colours seem a bit off, particularly when looking a shades of black backgrounds. I have not noticed this under Windows 10.
Fonts are looking bigger than normal, compared to a normal Mac (Mini) as well.

@osy86
I think config.plist should have been updated, since I added the timeout and usepicker in the boot section in the v2.1. And When this issue happened, I downloaded the efi.zip and use it to replace the efi folder again. But issue still exists. Now I returned back to v2.1 and will try a clean upgrade again tomorrow, and will summit a issue ticket if issue persists. Thank you and have a nice evening!

So I put apple wireless adapter back, and used my second nvme Samsung 970 plus with a USB 3.1 nvme drive enclosure as an extenal ssd drive. And I used rufus to installed an Window 10 To Go version windows on it which I used to play WOW, LOL and PUBG few hours a week, nothing is wrong.

I used my macbook (10.15 beta 7) to created installer usb, but install pkg does not work which always shows install fail. I directly copied EFI folder and it works.
I used about one week after clean install, everything looks good.
Question 1:
@22dm Im trying to switch wifi card to a DW1820A which is less than 10 USD.
Question 2:
I got a Samsung 970 Plus 256GB as my second SSD, I want to install win 10 on it, but which is more safe.
Directly install windows to second SSD and select system from BIOS use F10, or use bootcamp method and select system from OpenCore boot? After about one month, I still can not get bluetooth to work on 10.15 with my DW1820A. I almost tried everthing.
So I put apple wireless adapter back, and used my second nvme Samsung 970 plus with a USB 3.1 nvme drive enclosure as an extenal ssd drive. And I used rufus to installed an Window 10 To Go version windows on it which I used to play WOW, LOL and PUBG few hours a week, nothing is wrong.OpenCore shows Windows to go as a bootcamp, use ShowPicker in config file, I can choose which system to boot. I also can choose startup system in macos and it will automatically boot.
Everthing is fine in Windows to go this month except I can not enabel hyper-v.
I am very sorry, because I am busy with my studies, I have not paid attention on GitHub for a while, please see if #91 helps.
These kexts updated several times in the past month, maybe you can try the EFI I offered in that issue.

Just ran the installer again, over my 2.0 install, using the standard settings of v2.3, and it definitely takes care of the black screen issue at boot up. But the machine still identifies as a 21 inch iMac. The release notes mention that #59 had been addressed, so is there something that I manually need to do to reflect a Mac mini rather than a 21 inch iMac?
from hac-mini.
I have install the v2.3, and I found the OpenCore boot menu cannot be select.

You need to select the option to regenerate serial numbers.

I mean the OpenCore boot menu items cannot be selected. Just like the keyboard doesn't work.

@ryinnyc @zhengwuyue This is EFI with v2.3 that I am using. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1f0ZNfrCogodA9mhDjPZFIf5dX5Mq2Inw/view?usp=sharing

yes
from hac-mini.
Can you try a different keyboard? Also try pressing “5” for nvram reset.
from hac-mini.
Yes, I just want press 5 to reset nvram. but it not work. so i use my USB installer with v2.2 to do this. USB installer with v2.2 works well, i remember USB installer with v2.3 seems not work as well.
from hac-mini.
It’s probably an opencore bug. v2.3 uses the latest opencore.

just did the catalina update to 10.15.1 and it broke all video [hdmi/DP], you can screenshare in but graphics show up as unknown display and don't output to the monitor. troubleshooting it now

I literally pinned the issue for a reason. #1 10.15.1 breaks the graphics.
from hac-mini.
sorry wasnt trying to rile you.
rolling back to 10.15.0 but while im doing it i see reading around theres a wharevergreen update that might fix this, WhateverGreen.kext (1.3.4). going to try it after I go through the reinstall, will send back news.
from hac-mini.
I think this will be a difficult problem to fix. The reason graphics works at all in 10.14.5+ is due to the workaround. 10.15.1 breaks the workaround so the options are either to fix the workaround or to fix the original problem. I’m hoping to fix the original problem because it’s a more long term fix.
from hac-mini.
works with that updated kext.
the compiled whatevergreen 1.3.4 is what i used
got through the reinstall of 10.5.1.
i am finding bluetooth is busted, its a BCM943602CS too, the wifi is still working.

Vanilla like it is now in 2.3.3 where the temp sensor issue is solved now.

Using BCM94360CS2 and adapter, only on 10.15.x intermittent bluetooth dropout... using Apple bluetooth Keyboard and mouse, every 10 minutes or so bluetooth will stop working for about 10 seconds... Mouse freezes and keyboard stops responding... system self recovers... this behavior cannot be reproduced in 10.14.x I have tried resetting the com.apple.bluetooth preferences, but the issue persists...
All other operations work great, unlock from watch, handoff, sidecar, etc.
I have not noticed this if I boot using clover BM, only with OC BM...
But I am using an older version of drivers with clover... I will investigate further and share results when I have them (ETA 1 month due to other commitments.). Also need to test if this happens when I'm playing music over Bluetooth to AirPods... But I haven't noticed music cut out...
