Reveal run id after before run about jlineup

You already get a location header when POSTing the config to start the 'before' run in the response headers like this:

Which id should /runs expose when there are multiple jobs that finished the 'before' stage?

That is true, however if you are requesting the runs-endpoint via curl or wget it is much easier to retrieve the 'after-url' when it can be found in the body. But i think i will make a PR for that if you dont mind.
