Hallo bustaroqz,
das ist richtig, umbenannte Page-Templates müssen der Cookiebar bekannt gemacht werden.
Hierfür musst Du in Deiner config.yml folgendes ergänzen:
contao_cookiebar:
page_templates:
- fe_page_xyzSiehe "Basis configuration" in der Doku.

@doishub warum liest die cookiebar das nicht aus dem Layout selbständig aus? da ich viel mit der Erweiterung contao-bootstrap arbeite, stolpere ich oft genau über diese Sache...

Gute Frage, aus dem Kopf heraus weiß ich gerade nicht, ob es mit allen Kombinationen möglich ist, das explizit zu bestimmen. Müsste man sich mal anschauen.
