其实这个需求属于业务型需求了，如果我把缓存加上去以后，也可能不满足大部分人的条件，比如，我不想全部缓存，我想缓存某一些状态的资料，这样的话底层封装就会比较复杂而且还是不够灵活，所以一般建议这样的需求可以自己在模型里封装相应的方法来解决，比如 getCachedFollowers 类似的。
