As i will solve the bug to provide a shortest version of the URL with the Tech stack as ReactJs as we no need of backend in this cause using a component i will be creating a shortest version of the URL and i have completed the #24 process

@Swarnendu0123 Acutally when i try to change the server of the backend it really crosses 6000-7000 lines of code due to package-json files i have tried to reduce the no of lines but the files and changes are required for the backend functionality please go through it as i have tried my level best sir..
