Sluggable model issue for UTF-8 about laravel-9-simple-cms

It took me some time to finish my project before I was abble to resolve this issue. Anyways, the problem is with https://github.com/cviebrock/eloquent-sluggable whitch looks like does not allow to add encodings for the subpackage it uses. Indeed the subpackage has an option to add encoding for slug. Here is the original subpackage used https://github.com/cocur/slugify.

The solution
In the file vendor/cviebrock/eloquent-sluggable/src/Services/SlugService.php: line 164 add the following two lines:
$options['separator'] = $separator;
$options['ruleset'] = $config['ruleset'];

Then in the same file line 167 change the following
$slug = $slugEngine->slugify($source, $separator);
to this
$slug = $slugEngine->slugify($source, $options);

This will allow you to add sulaggable encoding or localization option so to speak as following:
in app/Base/SluggableModel.php
public function sluggable() { return [ 'slug' => [ 'source' => $this->source, 'ruleset' => 'turkish' ] ]; }
