New version of paramiko (4.0) has removed DSA support - breaks sshtunnel

Currently, ssh tunnel assumes that paramiko will have a DSA key type (specifically `paramiko.DSSKey`). See https://github.com/pahaz/sshtunnel/blob/dc0732884379a19a21bf7a49650d0708519ec54f/sshtunnel.py#L1092-L1094 As of paramiko 4.0, support for this is removed. I suggest that support for DSA is put into a conditional block similar to `Ed25519Key` on the following lines. This would maintain back compatibility but allow use of the most modern version of paramiko https://github.com/pahaz/sshtunnel/blob/dc0732884379a19a21bf7a49650d0708519ec54f/sshtunnel.py#L1095-L1097
