Is there a reason why you have not randomized your IV ?

NSString * iv = [[[[StringEncryption alloc] generateRandomIV:11] base64EncodingWithLineLength:0] substringToIndex:16]

Now for testing purpose, you can use hardcoded IV. The length of your IV should be 16 characters. Try this for IV - "passwordpassword" or "WLCOU32wBQnUDdw=" and let me know.
